# Trading analytics

> Trading analytics on 54Trades: 30-day P&L charts, weekday distribution, profit factor, SQN, Kelly %, K-ratio, streaks, and scratch-trade counts computed from your journal.

Analytics here means ratios computed from the fills you logged. If the log is wrong, the ratios are wrong. That is the whole contract.

## What gets computed

Reports include daily P&L, cumulative equity for the sprint, volume, win rate, largest win/loss, average trade, consecutive wins/losses, scratch trades, and P&L standard deviation.

- Profit factor — gross profits divided by gross losses.
- SQN (System Quality Number) — Van Tharp’s ratio of expectancy to the standard deviation of trade results, scaled by square-root of N.
- Kelly % — a sizing hint from win rate and payoff; not a mandate to lever up.
- K-ratio — a slope-stability read on the equity curve.

## How to use it

Use the numbers to kill a book that is leaking, not to decorate a screenshot. Sample size is printed. Thin books lie.
